Jeff Lazarus teaches strategy, customer engagement, selling-skills and relationship building through workshops, consulting and keynotes in a variety of industries such as healthcare, human resources, real estate, and law, to name a few. Jeff has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Cal State University, Long Beach. For two decades, Jeff led developmental workshops as a Health Science Consultant with Merck & Co., while cultivating advocacy with thought leaders in medicine. Jeff also worked with sales teams to incorporate the fine art of listening into their daily sales calls. Out of his love and observations of how dogs are great listeners, Jeff developed workshops and a companion book entitled, “Listen Like a Dog…and Make Your Mark on the World.” This book teaches us the importance of listening instead of talking to deliver better customer service, product development, sales strategies, health and wellness care and other applicable opportunities. Jeff continues his animal-themed books with “Dogtology” and “Catakism”.
